- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons LorAnn's Vanilla flavor Bakery Emulsion
- 5 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons mashed beet puree
