Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 125 g butter room temperature
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 2 egg room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 cup milk
- 150 g fresh raspberries
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 190C or 170C fan forced.
- Combine butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix until light and creamy.
- Sift flour, cocoa, and bi-carbonate soda and add to creamed mixture with milk.
- Beat on medium speed for 1 minute or until mixture is smooth.
- Spoon into greased ⅓ cup muffin pans.
- Top all muffins evenly with raspberries and bake for 20 minutes.
