Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 125 g butter room temperature
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 2 egg room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 150 g fresh raspberries

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 190C or 170C fan forced.
  • Combine butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix until light and creamy.
  • Sift flour, cocoa, and bi-carbonate soda and add to creamed mixture with milk.
  • Beat on medium speed for 1 minute or until mixture is smooth.
  • Spoon into greased ⅓ cup muffin pans.
  • Top all muffins evenly with raspberries and bake for 20 minutes.
