Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 120 gm Milk chocolate (grated)
- 20 gm Ragi flour
- 20 gm Wheat flour
Instruction
- Melt the chocolate on a double boiler. Since, its grated it will melt evenly and quickly. Remove and let cool just a bit. Add both the flours.
- Whisk to make a smooth, homogeneous batter. Fill in piping bag with an open star nozzle. Pipe on a bakinv tray lined with parchment paper.
- Keep in fridge for 10 minutes till the oven can be preheated. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes on Bake mode.
- Pop in the tray and bake for 10-12 minutes. Depending on cookies size and individual oven workings, adjust baking time by eyeballing a bit. Cool on wire rack and serve.
