Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2/3 Cups Butter, Softened ((150g))
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar ((130g))
- 1/4 Cup Sugar ((50g))
- 1 Large Egg
- 70 g Chocolate Pudding Mix ((1 Packet))
- 1 and 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour ((180g))
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips, (Optional) ((90g))
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar and sugar together
- Beat in the egg.
- Pour in the vanilla pudding mix, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls and place on the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes. They will be soft to the touch but will harden when cooled.
