Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2/3 Cups Butter, Softened ((150g))
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar ((130g))
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar ((50g))
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 70 g Chocolate Pudding Mix ((1 Packet))
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour ((180g))
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips, (Optional) ((90g))

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Beat the butter, brown sugar and sugar together
  • Beat in the egg.
  • Pour in the vanilla pudding mix, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll into balls and place on the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes. They will be soft to the touch but will harden when cooled.
