Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein (49 grams (I use 100% whey))
  • 1-2 cups spinach leaves
  • 5 raw almonds
  • 1-2 pitted dates (if desired)

Instruction

  • Combine everything in a blender until well blended. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
