The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein (49 grams (I use 100% whey))
- 1-2 cups spinach leaves
- 5 raw almonds
- 1-2 pitted dates (if desired)
Instruction
- Combine everything in a blender until well blended. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
