The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15.25 oz Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- 1 cup white chocolate morsels
Instruction
- Add cake mix, eggs, extract, and vegetable oil to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix to combine with a wooden spoon.
- Add dough to parchment paper. Roll up dough and twist up edges.
- Place dough in the fridge and allow the dough to chill for one hour.
- While dough is chilling, add candy canes to a zippered bag and crush with a rolling pin until they form small pieces.
- When dough is ready to work with, preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- Form tablespoon-sized balls and space them 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes before adding them to a cooling rack. This allows them to harden before icing.
- Repeat above steps until all cookies are baked.
