Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 a ripe banana
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 tbs maple syrup or honey ((to taste))
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until completely smooth.
- Taste the smoothie to see if it needs more sweetener. If so, add a little more maple syrup or honey.
- Divide into two glasses and serve.
