Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 a ripe banana
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs maple syrup or honey ((to taste))
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until completely smooth.
  • Taste the smoothie to see if it needs more sweetener. If so, add a little more maple syrup or honey.
  • Divide into two glasses and serve.
