Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 8 inch chocolate pie crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounce tub whipped topping
  • 2/3 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instruction

  • With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Blend in peanut butter, then vanilla, then, chocolate chips, and last the whipped topping.
  • Check for sweetness, you may want to add tbsp. of sugar.
  • Place the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  • You can top with whipped topping and drizzle chocolate across the top if you like too!
