Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 if using convection oven)
  • Lightly grease a 13" x 9" baking pan
  • In a medium bowl, mix oats and both sugars. Pour melted butter over and mix well to combine.
  • Use back of wooden spoon to press mixture into bottom of pan
  • Bake in oven for 18 minutes (don't overbake)
  • Place pan on cooling rack and cool completely.
  • In microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Spread over cooled oat mixture and chill in refrigerator until set.
  • Cut into squares for serving.
