Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups rolled oats (not instant)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
Instruction
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 if using convection oven)
- Lightly grease a 13" x 9" baking pan
- In a medium bowl, mix oats and both sugars. Pour melted butter over and mix well to combine.
- Use back of wooden spoon to press mixture into bottom of pan
- Bake in oven for 18 minutes (don't overbake)
- Place pan on cooling rack and cool completely.
- In microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Spread over cooled oat mixture and chill in refrigerator until set.
- Cut into squares for serving.
