Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain quick oats
- 1/2 cup REESE'S® Spread, or similar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix everything together with a wooden spoon or spatula. If it gets too tough to mix together, use your hands!
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop mixture into palm of your hands and roll into a ball. Place rolled ball on a plate or wax paper. Repeat until all the mixture has been used up.
- You can store the oat bites in an airtight container on the counter for up to 5 days. They can last a bit longer if it's stored in the fridge, but since they don't last very long in our house, we keep them out on the counter.
