The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ¼ cup smooth peanut butter (I used Skippy Natural)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp coffee
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 12 large marshmallow cut in half
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp butter (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
