Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 cup steamed cauliflower rice
  • 3/4c – 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • maple syrup to sweeten- optional

Instruction

  • Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into a bowl. Microwave for one minute. 
  • Stir and microwave another 30 seconds. 
  • Top with additional peanut butter, maple syrup, chocolate chips or other desired toppings.
