Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 16 oz powdered sugar
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and peanut butter.
  • Add in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  • Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a lined cookie sheet.
  • Refrigerate overnight or AT LEAST 2 hours.
  • Melt chocolate chips according to package directions.
  • Using a fork or a slotted spoon, dip chilled bon bons into melted chocolate until coated evenly.
  • Shake off excess and place back onto lined cookie sheet.
  • Repeat for remaining bon bons.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
