Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup coconut
- 16 oz powdered sugar
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and peanut butter.
- Add in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a lined cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate overnight or AT LEAST 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips according to package directions.
- Using a fork or a slotted spoon, dip chilled bon bons into melted chocolate until coated evenly.
- Shake off excess and place back onto lined cookie sheet.
- Repeat for remaining bon bons.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
