Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3-4 Tbsp peanut butter, (or almond butter)
- 1-2 Tbsp honey, (or to preferred sweetness)
- 1-2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2½ cups vanilla almond milk, (or coconut milk/soy milk)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 3-4 ice cubes, (or more, if you like it more creamy)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Adjust honey to add sweetness if desired.
