Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3-4 Tbsp peanut butter, (or almond butter)
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey, (or to preferred sweetness)
  • 1-2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2½ cups vanilla almond milk, (or coconut milk/soy milk)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 3-4 ice cubes, (or more, if you like it more creamy)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust honey to add sweetness if desired.
