Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup

Instruction

  • Combine the flour, cocoa powder, eggs, chocolate milk and salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Whisk it until it's smooth and there are no lumps. Add the mini chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  • Pour the batter into small rounds onto a hot, lightly greased skillet and flip after about 20 to 30 seconds. Let cook for an additional 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Serve hot, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
