Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2/3 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 bag Mini M&Ms
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter and sugars. Cream together for 2 minutes.
- Scrape down the sides and add in the vanilla and egg. Mix until combined.
- Add all of the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Use a cookie scoop and scoop the dough into balls.
- Roll each ball in a bowl of Mini M&Ms, pressing the candies onto the cookie dough.
- Repeat with remaining dough.
- Press the tops of the cookie down to flatten a little. The cookies won't spread much while baking.
- Bake on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes at 350°. Do not over bake.
- The cookies might look a little underdone when you pull them out of the oven, just let the cool on the hot pan and they will be great. That is what I usually do!
