Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 8oz packages Philly Cream Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. mint extract
- 18 Oreo cookies crushed
- 16 Andes mint chocolates cut into small pieces
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 450*
- Mix melted butter with Oreo crumbs and press in the bottom of a 9 inch spring-form pan. Cover bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides with crumbs
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour. Mix until well blended.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending each add sour cream, mint extract, and stir in half of crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 250 and bake for 1 hour.
- Cool then loosen sides with a knife. Top with Andes Mint Chocolates.
- Remove from spring form and chill.
