  • 310 grams (2 cups + 6 Tbsp) bread flour
  • 50 grams (½cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 100 grams (½ cup) granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 large egg (room temp)
  • 60 grams (¼ cup) unsalted butter (softened, room temp)
