Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup plain flour ((all purpose flour))
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp mascarpone
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- oil or butter to fry
Instruction
- In a bowl, sift the flour, add the baking powder and cocoa powder.
- Beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt until fluffy.
- Add the mascarpone and use a hand blender to blend everything well until smooth.
- Pour it over the flour mixture, add the sugar, milk and vanilla extract, then use again the blender to get a smooth batter.
- Heat up a non-stick frying pan, add a drop of oil or butter, add a ladleful of batter, then cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the pancakes with chocolate sauce and fresh fruit.
