Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Ovaltine Chocolate Malt Powder
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder (optional)

Instruction

  • Cream the butter and Ovaltine together in a large bowl or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  • Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time alternating with heavy cream. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Add salt and beat on high for 2 to 3 minutes until frosting is light and fluffy.
