Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup Ovaltine Chocolate Malt Powder
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ cup cocoa powder (optional)
Instruction
- Cream the butter and Ovaltine together in a large bowl or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time alternating with heavy cream. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Add salt and beat on high for 2 to 3 minutes until frosting is light and fluffy.
