Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or butter)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 1/2 cups oats (gluten free if required)
Instruction
- In a medium sauce pan melt together coconut oil, sugar, and milk over medium low heat until blended well
- Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder. Mix well.
- Stir in vanilla and then the oats and mix well again.
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, using a small disher, scoop out heaping tablespoon sized macaroons. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week.
