Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (or butter)
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups oats (gluten free if required)

Instruction

  • In a medium sauce pan melt together coconut oil, sugar, and milk over medium low heat until blended well
  • Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder. Mix well.
  • Stir in vanilla and then the oats and mix well again.
  • On a parchment lined baking sheet, using a small disher, scoop out heaping tablespoon sized macaroons. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  • Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week.
