Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- chocolate sauce/fudge for drizzling in the glass
- 1 14 ounce can coconut milk
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream
- ½ cup chocolate milk
- 2 ounces semi sweet chocolate (melted)
- 2 tablespoons dutch process cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- chocolate sprinkles
- chocolate shavings or curls
- flaked sea salt
- cocoa powder for dusting
Instruction
- To start, use chocolate syrup, fudge or leftover ganache (that’s what I used!) on a spoon and brush it around the insides of the glass.
- Add the milks, ice cream, chocolate, cocoa powder and vanilla extract to a blender and puree until thick and creamy.
- Top the milkshakes with the chocolate whipped cream and sprinkles, chocolate shavings and sea salt. Serve immediately!
