Ingredients

The following ingredients have 72 Servings
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 Tbsp butter
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF. Generously grease Skull Cake Pan with shortening and cooking spray. Make sure to get the shortening in all the nooks and crannies of the pan.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir frequently until melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Whisk together whole eggs and egg yolks. Beat in powdered sugar. Add cooled chocolate mixture and flour. Mix well.
  • Pour batter into the prepared skull cake pan.
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 3 minutes.
  • Turn pan over onto parchment lined baking rack. Carefully lift pan up.
  • Serve cakes with whipped cream and/or vanilla ice cream.
