Ingredients
The following ingredients have 72 Servings
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10 Tbsp butter
- 3 whole eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Generously grease Skull Cake Pan with shortening and cooking spray. Make sure to get the shortening in all the nooks and crannies of the pan.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir frequently until melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Whisk together whole eggs and egg yolks. Beat in powdered sugar. Add cooled chocolate mixture and flour. Mix well.
- Pour batter into the prepared skull cake pan.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 3 minutes.
- Turn pan over onto parchment lined baking rack. Carefully lift pan up.
- Serve cakes with whipped cream and/or vanilla ice cream.
