Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1 3/4 cups boiled and drained chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 large bananas
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips ((melted))
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instruction
- Combine all the ingredients in blender/food processor and blend smooth until thick and creamy.
- Warm the non stick waffle iron and spoon the batter on it as per the manufacturer instructions. Feel free to adjust the temperature as per the instructions of your waffle griddle. (Make sure to let the waffles cook through and through at a medium - lower heat for a crispier version). If you think your waffles haven't cooked from inside by putting a tester in then let it cook at the same temperature for couple of extra minutes without disturbing them). Start cooking these waffles at a lower temperature for a little longer time for a firm consistency.
