Ingredients
The following ingredients have 25 Servings
- 200 g hazelnut meal
- 150 g icing sugar sifted
- 2 tbs cocoa
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g dark chocolate
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line oven tray with baking paper.
- Mix hazelnut meal, icing sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
- Stir in egg whites.
- Form mixture into teaspoon size balls.
- Place on oven tray flattening them slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- When cookies are cool ice with melted dark chocolate.
