Ingredients

The following ingredients have 25 Servings
  • 200 g hazelnut meal
  • 150 g icing sugar sifted
  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C. Line oven tray with baking paper.
  • Mix hazelnut meal, icing sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
  • Stir in egg whites.
  • Form mixture into teaspoon size balls.
  • Place on oven tray flattening them slightly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • When cookies are cool ice with melted dark chocolate.
