Ingredients
The following ingredients have 60 Servings
- 1 kg dark chocolate (broken into smaller pieces for easy melting ( I used 36 ounces))
- 400 ml cream (1.69 cups )
- 100 ml Guinness Stout
- 1 zest orange
- 3 tablespoons Shredded coconut (for garnish)
Instruction
- In a saucepan, on medium heat, bring cream and Guinness to a light boil
- Add chopped up chocolate and zest of orange
- Stir until chocolate melted
- Take pan off of the burner and let mixture cool
- Either roll into balls or spoon into little muffin cups
- If you roll them, place in coconut and roll them around until fully coated
- If you use muffin cups, sprinkle coconut on as many as the truffles as you like. I keep some plain
- Place in refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours to set the chocolate
