- Chocolate
- Golgappe
- Sea salt
- Sugar
- Peanuts
- Sprinkles
- Milk
- Vanilla ice cream
- Strawberries
Instruction
- Melt chocolate. Coat the golgappas with the chocolate and sprinkle on some sprinkles. Chill in the fridge till chocolate sets
- To make peanut praline, add sugar to a pan. Let t caramalize. Add chopped peanuts and sprinkle some sea salt.
- Add the peanut praline and chopped strawberries in the gogappas.
- To make the milkshake,a.k.a, golgappe ka pani, blend the milk and icecream together.
- Plate the gogappas and pour the milkshake just before serving.
