The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Chocolate
  • Golgappe
  • Sea salt
  • Sugar
  • Peanuts
  • Sprinkles
  • Milk
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Strawberries

Instruction

  • Melt chocolate. Coat the golgappas with the chocolate and sprinkle on some sprinkles. Chill in the fridge till chocolate sets
  • To make peanut praline, add sugar to a pan. Let t caramalize. Add chopped peanuts and sprinkle some sea salt.
  • Add the peanut praline and chopped strawberries in the gogappas.
  • To make the milkshake,a.k.a, golgappe ka pani, blend the milk and icecream together.
  • Plate the gogappas and pour the milkshake just before serving.
