Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. honey (substitute agave nectar)
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 ounce shaved 72% dark chocolate

Instruction

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except shaved chocolate; whisk until well-blended.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions, about 15 minutes.
  • Five minutes before the end of churning, add shaved chocolate.
  • Spoon chocolate yogurt mixture into a container and transfer to the freezer for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with raspberries, mint leaf and a small square of dark chocolate.
