The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 medium dates, Medjool
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 cup oats, dry
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips, semisweet
Instruction
- Place pitted dates into food processor; mix until they become thick and like a paste.
- Add almond butter and blend together.
- Place date mixture into a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
