Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 5 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks (melted)
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/16 tsp salt (a dash)
- 3 Tbsp cold water
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 tsp heavy cream
- 1 drop pink gel food coloring
- 4 oz . semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
- 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp corn syrup
Instruction
- Line two cavities of your cupcake pan with liners. Set aside. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients ( flour, sugar, cocoa powder, soda, baking powder and salt ). Set aside.
- In a small measuring cup, stir together water, oil, vanilla and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients and stir.
- Add melted chocolate and stir just until combined. Divide into two liners.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of each cupcake comes out clean. Cool completely.
- In a small bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, gel food coloring and whipping cream. Mix well until smooth. Set aside.
