Ingredients

The following ingredients have 32 Servings
  • 1 cup nut or seed butter of choice (peanut butter, almond, cashew or sun butter work)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups rice crispy cereal
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instruction

  • Combine first 4 ingredients and roll into balls. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight. 
  • Then melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or over the stovetop and combine. 
  • Drizzle or dip the balls in the chocolate, cool and eat.
