Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 firm bananas, sliced into thirds
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, (I use Enjoy Life)
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 6 popsicle sticks
- 2 tbsp chopped Heath bar bits
Instruction
- Slice bananas into three pieces and insert popsicle sticks as far as they will go. Place on a parchment lined sheet pan and freeze for one hour.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring often.
- Remove banana pops from freezer and dip into chocolate. Use a spoon to ensure the whole banana is covered. Immediately top with sprinkled candies. Do one at a time, because once the chocolate sets you cannot get the candies to stick.
- Place back in the freezer until ready to serve.
