Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 firm bananas, sliced into thirds
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, (I use Enjoy Life)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 6 popsicle sticks
  • 2 tbsp chopped Heath bar bits

Instruction

  • Slice bananas into three pieces and insert popsicle sticks as far as they will go.  Place on a parchment lined sheet pan and freeze for one hour.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring often.  
  • Remove banana pops from freezer and dip into chocolate.  Use a spoon to ensure the whole banana is covered.  Immediately top with sprinkled candies.  Do one at a time, because once the chocolate sets you cannot get the candies to stick.
  • Place back in the freezer until ready to serve.
