Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 bananas (large, sliced)
  • 1/2 cup creamy nut butter (any nut butter of your choosing)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (can use vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instruction

  • Spread nut butter on one side of a banana slice and top with another to create a sandwich. Do this until you have made even stacks with all of the banana slices
  • Take a small microwave-safe bowl and heat chocolate chips and coconut oil on high for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the chocolate has completely melted
  • Dip half of the banana sandwiches into the melted chocolate and place on a tray
  • Place in the freezer to chill for at least on hour
