The following ingredients have 48 Servings
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup (spooned then leveled All-purpose flour)
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup 1 stick Unsalted butter
- 2 ounces about 1/3 cup Semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 2 large Eggs (at room temperature)
- ¾ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream (cold)
- 11-12 Chocolate sandwich cookies (I used Oreos)
- 12 ounces 1.5 packages Cream Cheese, cold
- 1 1/2 heaping cup Confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Vanilla bean paste
- 1 1/2 cup Heavy cream (cold)
- For the cookie 'bats'
- 48 Mini chocolate sandwich cookies (I used Oreos)
- 48, cut in half to make 96 pieces Regular sized or 'thin' chocolate sandwich cookies (I used Oreos)
- 96 Candy eyes (I used Wilton)
