Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 cups raw coconut butter
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Swerve (confectioners (or more, to taste))
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (ground (or more, to taste))
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instruction
- Set the Instant Pot to Sauté and melt the oil.
- Add the butter, chocolate chips, whipping cream, Swerve, cinnamon, and vanilla to the Instant Pot and cook. Stir occasionally until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
- Pour mixture into a silicone mini-muffin mold.
- Freeze until firm. Serve, and enjoy!
