Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 cups raw coconut butter
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Swerve (confectioners (or more, to taste))
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (ground (or more, to taste))
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Set the Instant Pot to Sauté and melt the oil.
  • Add the butter, chocolate chips, whipping cream, Swerve, cinnamon, and vanilla to the Instant Pot and cook. Stir occasionally until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Pour mixture into a silicone mini-muffin mold.
  • Freeze until firm. Serve, and enjoy!
