  • 1 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup quick cook oats (gluten-free)
  • 2/3 cup agave or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 Tablespoons chocolate chunks (vegan)
  • 4 cups frozen or fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange (juice of)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 Tablespoon agave or maple syrup
  • 1 apple (cored and diced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
