Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup reserved crumbs
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare a 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine flour and brown sugar.
- Add butter and using a fork or your fingers cut in until the mixture resembles crumbs.
- Remove 1 cup of the crumbs and set aside.
- Add egg, milk, salt, 1/2 cup toffee bits, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, vanilla and baking soda.
- Stir or beat until blended.
- Dump mixture into your prepared pan.
- Combine and sprinkle reserved crumbs, 1/2 cup toffee bits and 1/2 cup chocolate chips all over the top of the cake.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Serve warm or cool. Enjoy!
