Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup reserved crumbs
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare a 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside. 
  • In a large bowl combine flour and brown sugar.
  • Add butter and using a fork or your fingers cut in until the mixture resembles crumbs.
  • Remove 1 cup of the crumbs and set aside. 
  • Add egg, milk, salt, 1/2 cup toffee bits, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, vanilla and baking soda.
  • Stir or beat until blended.
  • Dump mixture into your prepared pan.
  • Combine and sprinkle reserved crumbs, 1/2 cup toffee bits and 1/2 cup chocolate chips all over the top of the cake.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Serve warm or cool. Enjoy!
