Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 Cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free Oat Bran
  • 1 Cup Crispy Brown Rice Cereal
  • 1 Cup Freeze-Dried Raspberries
  • 1/4 Cup Pureed Raspberries (I used frozen. Just defrost and blend)
  • 1 TB Chocolate Stevia Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix to combine.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat, evenly spread the granola out.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, toss, and bake another 10 minutes until crispy.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool a bit and then add the chocolate chips, give it a mix and devour!
