Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 Cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free Oat Bran
- 1 Cup Crispy Brown Rice Cereal
- 1 Cup Freeze-Dried Raspberries
- 1/4 Cup Pureed Raspberries (I used frozen. Just defrost and blend)
- 1 TB Chocolate Stevia Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix to combine.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat, evenly spread the granola out.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, toss, and bake another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool a bit and then add the chocolate chips, give it a mix and devour!
