Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1- oz sugar-free (fat-free vanilla instant pudding (the small box))
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp cake flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix together, vanilla instant pudding, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl cream together sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter. Add in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract and mix until smooth.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and combine. Fold in the chocolate chips and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for 13 minutes.
