Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1- oz sugar-free (fat-free vanilla instant pudding (the small box))
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp cake flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix together, vanilla instant pudding, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a large mixing bowl cream together sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter. Add in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract and mix until smooth.
  • Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and combine. Fold in the chocolate chips and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for 13 minutes.
