Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Cups Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbls unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 Tbls granulated sugar
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Cup milk chocolate chips mixed with 1 Tbls Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix
- 1 recipe Maple Buttercream Frosting
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place dry ingredients except for chocolate chips in a large bowl. In separate bowl, add the eggs and lightly beat them. Add in the milk, butter and vanilla, whisk to combine. In a small baggie, add in the chocolate chips and the additional Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix. Toss to combine, set aside. Pour in the egg mixture into the dry mixture.
- With a spoon or whisk, combine but do not over mix. Add in chocolate chips and fold them in. Pour batter a little over half way into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 17-19 minutes or until lightly golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool in cupcake tin on wire rack for 5 minutes. Take out of tin and let cool completely on wired rack. Top each cupcake with Maple Buttercream Frosting. Garnish with more maple syrup or chocolate chips if desired. Serve and enjoy!
