Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed )
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (milk or dark chocolate can be used)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch cake pan with non-cook spray.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs.
- Gradually add flour mixture and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans by hand.
- Spread dough into the pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 22 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting.
