Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup toasted coconut
- 1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1/4 cup almonds (chopped)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Heaping 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
- Add in the peanut or almond butter, honey and vanilla extract. Using a rubber spatula, mix everything together until sticky.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Roll into 1-inch balls. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
