Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 1/4 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips (divided)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

Instruction

  • Place 1 cup mini chocolate chips and butter in a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Stir and heat another 15 seconds, or until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Stir in coffee and vanilla extract, set aside.
  • In a stand mixer, whip the heaving whipping cream until thick.
  • Stir whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  • Spoon into serving dishes and sprinkle remaining mini chocolate chips evenly over both dishes.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour, or eat immediately.
