The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 1/4 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips (divided)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
Instruction
- Place 1 cup mini chocolate chips and butter in a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds.
- Stir and heat another 15 seconds, or until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir in coffee and vanilla extract, set aside.
- In a stand mixer, whip the heaving whipping cream until thick.
- Stir whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Spoon into serving dishes and sprinkle remaining mini chocolate chips evenly over both dishes.
- Refrigerate 1 hour, or eat immediately.
