Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted or softened)
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 large Nellie's Free Range egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- sea salt and vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350F and spray an 8-oz. ramekin with cooking spray, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter and light brown sugar with a fork or rubber spatula.
- Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla until combined.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, and transfer to the prepared ramekin.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with sea salt or top with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
