Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ lb almond bark (chocolate or vanilla)

Instruction

  • Heat treat flour by placing it in a bowl and microwaving for 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval. Flour needs to reach a temp of 165° (usually takes between 3-4 intervals). Set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugar together for 2-3 minutes. Add flour, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop and shape into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  • Melt almond bark in microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until melted and smooth.
  • Dip balls in chocolate and rotate until well coated. Place on wax lined cookie sheets. Top with sprinkles or mini chocolate chips if desired. You can melt a little bit of another type of chocolate and drizzle it on top as well. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
