Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, heated
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 10 oz. white candy melts
- food coloring
Instruction
- Heat flour in the microwave for 30 seconds. In a large bowl, beat softened butter with sugar until fluffy. Beat in milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the flour in and beat until all of the flour is incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Shape cookie dough into egg shapes. Place onto a plate, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Melt candy melts in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
- Add in food coloring. Dip each chilled cookie dough truffle into chocolate, set back onto plates. Let chocolate set.
