Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 2 cups milk (I used almond milk to keep the recipe dairy free for my wife)
  • 1 tbsp strong coffee
  • 4 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup Berries (optional)
  • Chocolate Shavings (optional)
  • 1 sprig Mint (optional)

Instruction

  • Measure out all the ingredients, and mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Add the liquid ingredients, and stir the mixture very well using a whisk.
  • Refrigerate the chocolate chia seed pudding for at least 30 minutes to allow the pudding to set. 
  • Once set, stir the pudding with a fork, and then garnish with a little dark chocolate shaving, fresh berries, and mint!
