Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dutch processed cocoa powder
- 2 cups milk (I used almond milk to keep the recipe dairy free for my wife)
- 1 tbsp strong coffee
- 4 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup Berries (optional)
- Chocolate Shavings (optional)
- 1 sprig Mint (optional)
Instruction
- Measure out all the ingredients, and mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add the liquid ingredients, and stir the mixture very well using a whisk.
- Refrigerate the chocolate chia seed pudding for at least 30 minutes to allow the pudding to set.
- Once set, stir the pudding with a fork, and then garnish with a little dark chocolate shaving, fresh berries, and mint!
