Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 pie crust recipe (unbaked)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, evaporated milk, butter, butter, vanilla, and salt together in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until well combined.
- Line a 9 inch pie pan with the pie crust. Pour the mixture into the crust.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the pie has a small jiggle left to the middle. Allow to cool completely and then chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
