Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Roll out pie crust and fit into a round 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, salt, cornmeal and flour. Add in eggs, milk, melted butter, vinegar and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let cool completely.
