Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 regular pie crust (unbaked)
  • ½ cup butter (salted)
  • 1 ounces semi sweet baking chocolate bar
  • 1 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate bar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt butter, semi sweet baking chocolate bar, and unsweetened baking chocolate bar in a sauce pan on low heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Slowly mix in melted chocolate in mixing bowl with sugar mixture. Blend until fully mixed.
  • Pour chocolate into regular sized pie shell.
  • Bake 35 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Cool on baking rack until completely cooled. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
