Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 regular pie crust (unbaked)
- ½ cup butter (salted)
- 1 ounces semi sweet baking chocolate bar
- 1 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate bar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter, semi sweet baking chocolate bar, and unsweetened baking chocolate bar in a sauce pan on low heat.
- In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Slowly mix in melted chocolate in mixing bowl with sugar mixture. Blend until fully mixed.
- Pour chocolate into regular sized pie shell.
- Bake 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Cool on baking rack until completely cooled. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
